The method comprises the following steps that a terminal receives a first downlink control signaling DCI, and the first DCI is used for scheduling the terminal to send uplink data in a target time unit through a physical uplink shared channel PUSCH; the terminal receives the second DCI, wherein the feedback response information of the second DCI is sent in the target time unit, and the sending time of the second DCI is before the target time unit or is the same as the target time unit; and the terminaldetermines the feedback response information of sending of the second DCI through the PUSCH in the target time unit according to the sending time of the second DCI.
