The first magnet yoke and the second magnet yoke are provided with long shafts arranged in the moving direction of the sliding base and short shafts perpendicular to the long shafts, and the first magnetic steel inclines towards the moving direction of the sliding base relative to the short shafts; and the second magnetic steel inclines relative to the short shaft in a direction deviating from the moving direction of the sliding seat.
