The invention discloses a thrust optimization design method for a tubular permanent magnet synchronous linear motor, which comprises: firstly, building a solid model of the motor and setting run option parameters including the length of the primary iron core of the primary iron core stator of the motor; secondly, resolving the run option parameters by using a finite element method and building a finite element geometrical model; thirdly, calculating the optimization phase difference between the end forces at the two ends of the primary iron core stator according to a formula, and regulating the length of the primary iron core to obtain the optimal length of the primary iron core, which corresponds to the optimization phase difference; and finally, obtaining the tubular permanent magnet synchronous linear motor with the smallest thrust fluctuation through magnetization by the optimal length of the primary iron core, the half-open, half-closed, round-bottom grooved tooth-groove structure and a Halbach structure. Novel optimal design method for permanent magnet synchronous linear motor

The invention relates to a novel optimal design method for a permanent magnet synchronous linear motor. The method comprises the steps that (A) a sample machine is analyzed, and main structural parameters which can influence motor performance are determined; (B) a machine learning algorithm -KNN algorithm is used for training and regression fitting of finite element analysis data; (C) a global-scope optimizing algorithm-gravity center neighborhood optimal algorithm is adopted for optimization of motor performance output parameters; and (D) a group of optimal motor structural parameters are solved reversely according to optimal values, and a sample machine is fabricated according to the motor structural parameters and then tested. The method provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that (1) stability, reliability and efficiency of motor running are enhanced; (2) computation results obtained by a finite element analysis method are accurate, and errors during the computation can be eliminated; (3) the KNN algorithm is used for the training fitting of the sample data generated by the finite element analysis, a non-parametric rapid computing model is established, and a foundation is provided for subsequent intelligent algorithm optimization; and (4) application of the gravity center neighborhood optimal algorithm has higher global superiority and is quicker and more accurate.

By means of the motor, air gap magnetic flux larger than a conventional magnet can be obtained, the motor has a better magnetic shielding effect, and the thickness of a magnetic conductive yoke of the mover can be reduced. The invention provides an analysis model of an arc-shaped tooth structure, and the magnitude of magnetic conductance and a magnetic conductance-position variation curve can be derived by means of the model. The optimal structure of the motor is obtained by adopting a Taguchi optimization algorithm.
