The invention discloses a thrust optimization design method for a tubular permanent magnet synchronous linear motor, which comprises: firstly, building a solid model of the motor and setting run option parameters including the length of the primary iron core of the primary iron core stator of the motor; secondly, resolving the run option parameters by using a finite element method and building a finite element geometrical model; thirdly, calculating the optimization phase difference between the end forces at the two ends of the primary iron core stator according to a formula, and regulating the length of the primary iron core to obtain the optimal length of the primary iron core, which corresponds to the optimization phase difference; and finally, obtaining the tubular permanent magnet synchronous linear motor with the smallest thrust fluctuation through magnetization by the optimal length of the primary iron core, the half-open, half-closed, round-bottom grooved tooth-groove structure and a Halbach structure. The rotor is rectangular and is composed of two salient pole iron cores and a connecting board. The two salient pole iron cores are fixed to the two ends of the connecting board respectively and respectively provided with a groove. The groove of each salient pole iron core is provided with a permanent magnet and a winding. Multiple strip-shaped air grooves with equal intervals are evenly formed inside each stator. The salient pole iron cores at the two ends of the rotor are arranged in the two stators respectively. According to the novel magnet-gathering type transverse flux permanent magnet linear motor, a primary level and a secondary level are respectively of a salient pole structure, the independence between phases is good, and the high force density and fault tolerance are integrated; the use rate of stator space is high; the fault tolerance capacity is strong and operation reliability is high; fluctuation of the locating force and the pushing force is small and the control characteristic is flexible; the permanent magnets are placed in the primary-level rotor iron cores, so that the temperature is easy to control, the permanent magnet use amount is small, and the motor can be applied to the field with the high requirement for reliable operation of a system.

The invention discloses a modular primary permanent magnet bilateral switched reluctance linear motor. The primary side of the motor is modularized. Each primary module is composed of a magnetically permeable material, an armature winding and permanent magnets distributed in the vertical direction between two magnetic conducting blocks. The secondary side is composed of a magnetically permeable material. The permanent magnets are magnetized in parallel. The permanent magnets corresponding to the adjacent primary modules have the same magnetization direction. The upper and lower corresponding permanent magnets belonging to the same primary module have opposite magnetization directions. In a no-load state, a permanent magnet magnetic circuit is short-circuited by the primary magnetic conducting blocks, and the magnetic force lines hardly pass through an air gap and the secondary side, which reduces the positioning force. In a loaded state, a series magnetic circuit is formed between theprimary magnetic conducting blocks and the bilateral secondary side to generate electromagnetic force. In addition, the modular primary permanent magnet bilateral switched reluctance linear motor hasa simple secondary-side structure and large thrust density, and the permanent magnets are placed in the short primary side to reduce the cost of the motor. Novel optimal design method for permanent magnet synchronous linear motor

The invention relates to a novel optimal design method for a permanent magnet synchronous linear motor. The method comprises the steps that (A) a sample machine is analyzed, and main structural parameters which can influence motor performance are determined; (B) a machine learning algorithm -KNN algorithm is used for training and regression fitting of finite element analysis data; (C) a global-scope optimizing algorithm-gravity center neighborhood optimal algorithm is adopted for optimization of motor performance output parameters; and (D) a group of optimal motor structural parameters are solved reversely according to optimal values, and a sample machine is fabricated according to the motor structural parameters and then tested. The method provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that (1) stability, reliability and efficiency of motor running are enhanced; (2) computation results obtained by a finite element analysis method are accurate, and errors during the computation can be eliminated; (3) the KNN algorithm is used for the training fitting of the sample data generated by the finite element analysis, a non-parametric rapid computing model is established, and a foundation is provided for subsequent intelligent algorithm optimization; and (4) application of the gravity center neighborhood optimal algorithm has higher global superiority and is quicker and more accurate.

The invention provides an analysis model of an arc-shaped tooth structure, and the magnitude of magnetic conductance and a magnetic conductance-position variation curve can be derived by means of the model. The optimal structure of the motor is obtained by adopting a Taguchi optimization algorithm.
