By establishing the configuration environment and the synchronization mechanism which are independent of the development process environment, the client can synchronize the configuration items to the requiredenvironments only by creating the configuration items once, so that the labor cost and the configuration cost are greatly reduced. The client transmits the received configuration item identification information and configuration level information to a back-end server, and displays a procurement page matched with configuration values when receiving the configuration values fed back by the back-endserver.
