The method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring identification type resources of a target user,querying a database based on the identification type resources of the user, and acquiring private medical data of the target user, wherein the database comprises a local database and an external database; S2, modeling the private medical data of the target user based on the DIKW map to obtain initial type resources; S3, performing same-mode or cross-mode fusion operation on the initial type of resources to obtain a target type resource; and S4, analyzing and evaluating the health condition of the target user based on the target type resource. On one hand, health assessment can be carried outbased on existing medical data of a patient, so that support is provided for diagnosis and treatment work of doctors, and unnecessary repeated examination is avoided for the patient; and on the otherhand, the effect of protecting medical data privacy of the patient can be achieved.
