The mounting method comprises the following steps that the anti-deflection deviceis hoisted and arranged in a designated assembling area on the tower in a sleeving mode; the anti-deflection device is fixed to an outer wall through a bearing connecting assembly of the anti-deflection device; and a tightening device of the anti-deflection device is adjusted. Therefore, operation of additionally arranging the anti-deflection device on the tower assembled with a climbing frame isachieved, and the stability of the tower is improved. The invention provides the dismounting method for the anti-deflection device of the outer wall jacking tower. The dismounting method comprises the following steps that the tightening device of the anti-deflection device is released; the anti-deflection device is hoisted; the bearing connecting assembly of the anti-deflection device is detachedfrom the outer wall; and the anti-deflection device is hoisted away from the tower.
