According to the technical scheme, a backboard unit utilizes a high-speed printed circuit board (PCB) wiring technology to lead out an RIO network of an installation slot to be connected with a network switching unit, and each DSP chip sub-card board carries a DDR3 chip and cooperates with a loading FLASH chip and an EEPROM chip array to achieve a parallel computing unit.
