The automatic control system comprises a data center, a communication module, and a water quality sensor and a mud level sensor which are arranged in the sediment interception tank; the water quality sensor and the mud level sensor are connected with the pneumatic pump through the communication module and the data center; an outlet of the processing device is connected with the river mouth area wetland system; the sediment interception tank is formed by digging the bottom mud of a water body downwards; and a support for supporting the communication module, the water quality sensor, and the mud level sensor is arranged in the sediment interception tank.
