The invention provides a dynamic construction method of a refined three-dimensional hydrogeological model, which comprises the following steps: collecting geological data of a modeling object in a research area, analyzing structural characteristics of rock strata in the research area, and determining elevation of each rock stratum interface and dynamic characteristics of water level in a reservoir area; preprocessing and inputting the geological data; fusing the preprocessed and input geological data into a three-dimensional space through multi-source data integration to achieve integrated display, and constructing a refined three-dimensional hydrogeological model; performing dynamic exploration and model checking on the constructed refined three-dimensional hydrogeological model; and underground water level dynamic monitoring and underground water flow field drawing. According to the method, the requirement of geotechnical engineering for hydrogeological structure modeling precision can be met; the relative relation between stratums and geological structures and the intersection relation between the stratums and the geological structures and underground facilities are displayed in a targeted mode; the underground water level of a research area is dynamically monitored through the three-dimensional hydrogeological model; an underground water flow field model is generated; and formation conditions, characteristics, dynamic laws and the like of underground water are analyzed.
