Abstract

The invention provides a block chain-based business fee withholding method and device. The block chain is connected with a multi-level withholding node having a fee withholding authority for a target fee. The multi-level withholding node is configured with a cost withholding sequence; the method is applied to any target withholding node, and obtains a first withholding result of a last-level withholding node in the expense withholding sequence for the target expense from the block chain; and when the first withholding result indicates that the target fee is not successfully withheld, continuously executing fee withholding of the target fee, and storing a second withholding result corresponding to continuous withholding of the target fee to the block chain, so that a next-level withholding node obtains the second withholding result from the block chain, and sends the second withholding result to the block chain. And when the second withholding result indicates that the target fee is still not successfully withheld, continuously performing fee withholding of the target fee, and so on until the target fee is successfully withheld.
