Abstract

The invention provides a connecting structure for reducing unbalanced tension of a strain tower. The connecting structure comprises a strain tower and a wire. A wire hanging pulley is arranged on the strain tower, the wire is wound around the wire hanging pulley, and the end portion of the wire is connected with a suspension insulator string and a balancing weight. The invention further provides a method for reducing the unbalanced tension of the strain tower. The method comprises the steps that the balancing weight is arranged according to the average operation tension of the wire; the wire is wound around the wire hanging pulley, and when the wire and the balancing weight reach a balanced state, a parallel groove clamp is installed, so that the distance between the initial installation position of the parallel groove clamp and the wire hanging pulley is larger than 0.5 m.
