Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, the simulated earth sites are mainly constructed by traditional rammed earth technology, but the earth sites constructed by traditional rammed earth technology have low strength, are easy to collapse, and have poor frost resistance and low durability.
However, a small amount of fiberglass technology is not realistic, and the material does not meet the requirements of cultural relics protection, and the display effect is lacking.

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of earthen archaeological site simulation display, and particularly discloses modified soil and an earthen archaeological site simulation display construction process using the modified soil. The modified soil comprises modified surface soil, and raw materials of the modified surface soil comprise cement, sand, an acrylate adhesive, water, durafibre and a first dye; the construction process comprises the following steps: cleaning a construction area, and paying off; constructing a reinforced concrete abutment in the construction area, and constructing a simulated earthen site foundation on the concrete abutment according to an earthen site model; cleaning the surfaces of the concrete abutment and the simulated earthen site foundation, spraying an adhesion agent, and preparing modified soil; then building and paving a concrete foundation soil layer and a modified surface soil layer, and carving, flapping, modifying and distressing the modified surface soil layer along with the paving of the modified surface soil layer to obtain a simulated archaeological site; and 4, curing: soaking the simulated archaeological site in water for curing. The modified soil and the construction method thereof have the advantage that the durability and the reduction degree of the simulated archaeological site are improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the field of simulated display of soil ruins, more specifically, it relates to a modified soil and a construction technique for simulated display of soil ruins using the modified soil. Background technique [0002] Earthen sites refer to ancient sites with historical, cultural, and scientific value that use soil as the main building material. The historical process contained in earthen sites in China stretches from the Stone Age to modern times, and they are important cultural relics resources for human beings. Due to the difficulty in the protection of earthen ruins, the current earthen ruins are usually exhibited in the form of analog display. [0003] At present, the simulated earth sites are mainly constructed by traditional rammed earth technology, but the earth sites constructed by traditional rammed earth technology have low strength, are easy to collapse, and have poor frost resistance and low durability. How...
