Problems solved by technology

Although there are many reports on the use of metabolomics to obtain disease-related biomarkers in existing reports, for example, through metabolomic observation of serum and urine of patients with diabetic nephropathy, analysis of specific metabolites, screening of serum palmitic acid, Urinary uracil diphosphate and other biomarkers (Wang Xufang, Li Mengjie, Ge Yongchun, et al. Characteristics and clinical significance of serum and urine metabolomics in patients with diabetic nephropathy[J]. Journal of Nephrology and Dialysis and Kidney Transplantation, 2012(3): 201-209.), but there is no research report on finding biomarkers for early diagnosis of Angiostrongylus cantonensis through metabolomics, and there are no urine biomarkers that can be used for diagnosis in the existing reports. Abstract

The invention discloses a urine biomarker for early diagnosis of angiostrongyliasis cantonensis. The urine biomarker includes one or more of 3, 4, 5-trihydroxy-6-{[2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-4-oxo-4H-chro-3-yl] oxy} oxane-2-carboxylic acid, 2-[3-(sulfoxy) phenyl] acetic acid, 2-octenylglycine and gibberellin 4'-O-glucuronic acid. The sensitivity and specificity of the marker are both greater than 0.9, and the areas under curve (AUC) are greater than 0.9, which indicate that the four indexes have good predictability, and can be used for early diagnosis of angiostrongyliasis cantonensis. The invention also discloses a metabonomics-based screening method of the urine biomarker for early diagnosis of angiostrongyliasis cantonensis. The screening method can accurately reflect the metabolic spectrum difference between an angiostrongyliasis cantonensis infected mouse and a normal mouse, and has high specificity.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of biomedical technology, and more specifically, to a urine biomarker for early diagnosis of Angiostrongylus cantonensis and a screening method and application. Background technique [0002] Angiostrongylus cantonensis is an important food-borne zoonotic parasitic disease caused by Angiostrongylus cantonensis infection. It is mainly distributed in tropical and subtropical regions. So far, more than 3,000 cases have been reported worldwide. , is listed by WHO as a new global threat infectious disease in the 21st century. Recently, outbreaks of Angiostrongylus cantonensis have occurred successively in many places in my country, causing the Ministry of Health to attach great importance to it and list it as an emerging infectious disease. [0003] The life cycle of Angiostrongylus cantonensis includes three developmental stages: adult, egg, and larvae. Adults parasitize in the pulmonary arteries of suitable hosts such as...
