The protective layer covers the lead layer, but exposes the contact area of the carrier plate and a plurality of contacts of the lead layer on the contact area. The plate end blocking structure is arranged on at least one side edge of the contact area so as to reduce the phenomenon that the circuit characteristics are obviously influenced due to the fact that the contacts react with external chemical substances. The thin film circuit board comprises a layered plate structure and a barrier structure arranged on the inner side of the layered plate structure.
