According to the assembling equipment of the circuit breaker trigger device, reference attitude information of a handle and reference attitude information of a rotating piece are preset, and during assembling, the handle and the rotating piece conforming to the reference attitude are output through a feeding module firstly; then a transferring module transfers the handle into an overturning device, the overturning device overturns the handle meeting the reference attitude into the assembling attitude, a mounting groove of the handle in the assembling attitude faces upwards, and therefore the transferring module can install the rotating piece meeting the reference attitude into the mounting groove, and combination of the handle and the rotating piece is achieved; and then the handle and the rotating piece which are combined together are assembled into the lower shell together through the transferring module. The problems that in the prior art, automatic combination of the rotating piece and the handle cannot be achieved, and the combined rotating piece and the combined handle cannot be assembled into the lower shell are solved.
