Embodiment 1

[0040] 1.1 Experimental animals

[0041] Fifty-four 10-week-old male Wistar rats were purchased from Guangdong Experimental Animal Center. Rats were raised in the SPF grade animal room of Jinan University School of Medicine, with 12-hour alternation of day and night. The temperature was maintained at 22°C-26°C, the relative humidity was 60%-80%, and they were free to eat.

[0042] 1.2 Animal feed and reagents

[0043] Ordinary AIN93-G feed was purchased from Jiangsu Medison, and AIN93-G feed added with C3G was purchased from Jiangsu Medison. The formula of AIN93-G feed added with C3G is shown in Table 1:

[0252] Embodiment 2: result and analysis:

[0253] 1. Behavior during animal feeding

[0254] During the administration period, the rats in the control group were in a good growth state and energetic, the rats in the administration group were depressed, and the rats in the C3G intervention groups with various doses were in a good mental state and energetic. The food intake of each group decreased slightly within two weeks of administration, and the food intake was stable after the second week. At the same time, the water intake of each group decreased during the administration period. Rats in each group did not die during the administration period. In addition, due to other external factors such as serum hemolysis and sperm determination errors during the treatment of rats, individual data were abnormal, so they were excluded and ≥6 rats in each group were retained.

Abstract

The invention provides an application of C3G in preparation of an antagonist for resisting oxidation system damage caused by 3-MCPD contamination. The invention proves that C3G improves the conditions of reduced feeding and slow growth of rats caused by 3-MCPD contamination; the C3G can effectively antagonize rat anti-oxidation system damage caused by 3-MCPD contamination and activate and regulate BTB structure functions of supporting cells by inhibiting an MAPK signal channel, so that spermatogenic epithelium damage caused by 3-MCPD is relieved, the stability of a spermatogenic microenvironment is maintained, division and differentiation of spermatogenic cells are regulated, and spermatogenic disorder is improved. Meanwhile, C3G can improve sperm activity by adjusting sperm energy metabolism related enzymes. Rat sex hormone secretion disorder caused by 3-MCPD contamination is regulated, and the normal level of sex hormone in serum and androgen in testis internal environment is maintained. The application of C3G in preparation of the antagonist for resisting oxidation system damage caused by the 3-MCPD contamination provides a theoretical basis for nutrition intervention of anthocyanin on 3-MCPD reproductive toxicity in the future.

Description

[0001] The application date is 2017.07.07, the application number is 201710550506.3, and the name is "cyanidin-3-O-glucoside in the preparation and / or prevention of 3-chloro-1,2-propanediol or 3-chloro-1 , application of 2-propanediol ester-induced reproductive disease medicines” as a divisional application. technical field [0002] The invention belongs to the technical field of biomedicine, and specifically relates to the application of C3G in the preparation of antagonists for antagonizing the destruction of the antioxidant system caused by 3-MCPD exposure. Background technique [0003] 3-Chloro-1,2-propanediol (3-MCPD) is widely present in food and is highly toxic. The metabolite of 3-chloro-1,2-propanediol ester widely present in oil is 3-chloro- 1,2-propanediol and 3-MCPD are easily absorbed in the digestive tract, widely distributed in body fluids, and can cross the blood-testis barrier and blood-brain barrier to reach the testis and brain. Pharmacokinetics show that...
