Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a measurement reporting method and device, which are used for solving the problem of poor data transmission performance caused by inaccurate feedback of channel state information in the prior art. The method comprises: performing channel measurement based on a downlink reference signal from a network device, and reporting a measurement result to the network device, the measurement result indicating T resource units and a superposition coefficient, the resource units being determined according to at least one of the following base vectors: a time domain base vector and a receiving side space domain base vector, T being an integer greater than 0. In the embodiment of the invention, the channel characteristics of the channel in the angle domain can be reflected more accurately through the receiving side space domain base vector, and the time-varying characteristics of the channel can be reflected through the time domain base vector. When terminal equipment reports the channel measurement information, the accuracy of channel state information feedback can be improved by reporting the time domain base vector and receiving the side space domain base vector, so that the data transmission performance can be improved.
