Abstract

The invention discloses a fairness-oriented crowdsourcing tester recommendation method and device. The method comprises the following steps: representing a demand description of a crowdsourcing task as a descriptive term vector; according to the descriptive term vector and the attribute information of the to-be-recommended personnel, predicting the defect detection probability of each to-be-recommended personnel in the crowdsourcing task; and setting a plurality of fairness targets including maximization of the defect discovery probability and minimization of the recommendation frequency difference, and performing multi-target optimization to obtain a crowdsourcing tester recommendation result. According to the method, the unfairness problem can be relieved, more fair recommendation is generated, and on the basis of generating the more fair recommendation, the defect detection efficiency is not influenced, and the defect detection efficiency is improved.
