Abstract

The invention provides a system for evaluating a hotel guest's satisfaction of a hotel, the hotel including a plurality of guest rooms, the hotel guest staying in a guest room of the plurality of guest rooms in the hotel. The system includes one or more sensors within the guest room that are configured to provide data points indicative of guest activities in the guest room, the one or more sensors operably coupled to a hotel network within the hotel. A server is remote from the guest room and is configured to receive the data points from the one or more sensors via a connection to the hotel network and to use the data points to calculate a guest satisfaction score for the guest room. The server is configured to display the guest satisfaction score.
