Abstract

Some embodiments are directed to a system (100) for selectively disclosing recorded attributes. The publisher device (110) generates a digital signature on a message comprising the attribute and the secret record identifier. The record, the secret record identifier, and the signature are provided to the selector device. The selector device (111) selectively publishes the recorded attribute to the recipient device (112), thereby proving authenticity by means of zero-knowledge proving of signed knowledge on the attribute.
