Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, the calculation of the existing routes entering the port is mainly obtained by clustering the complete trajectories of all ships calling at the port. The routes obtained by this method are easily disturbed by abnormal trajectories and the calculation cost is relatively high.

Abstract

The invention discloses a ship route extraction and trajectory classification method based on AIS data. The method comprises the steps of AIS data preprocessing, sea area route extraction and trajectory classification. Historical AIS data in a target sea area is processed and analyzed, and an effective driving track of a certain type of ships is obtained. And analyzing route information contained in all the effective tracks, obtaining road sign points of the route through a method of clustering DBSCAN on different fields in two steps, describing the distance between the road sign points by using a self-defined weighted distance function, and connecting the adjacent road sign points to obtain the route information. And finally, calculating a Directed Hausdorff distance by using the obtained route and the ship trajectory to realize trajectory classification work. According to the method, the efficiency of route calculation is improved, meanwhile, good robustness is achieved, and particularly, the method is more excellent on a large-scale AIS data set.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of shipping data processing, in particular to a ship route extraction and track classification method based on AIS (Automatic Identification System) data. Background technique [0002] As the proportion of shipping in the logistics system continues to increase, the safety demand for maritime transportation continues to grow. For this reason, the International Maritime Organization proposes to install the AIS system. AIS data includes real-time dynamic and static information of ships, which can well describe the operating status of ships. For a shipping port, there are multiple routes entering from different directions, and different routes have different hydrological conditions and different characteristics. If the port and shipping agency can accurately judge the route of the ship, they can better provide better customized services for the ship (such as more accurate arrival time prediction, trajectory anomaly detec...
