The method comprises the following steps: constructing an artificial neuron-glial cell network model and setting updating rules of glial cells and neuron; performing real number coding on super parameters and a network topology structure of a basic calculation unit of the artificial neuron-glial cell network model to obtain an initial population, and transmitting initial values of individuals in the initial population into the artificial neuron-glial cell network model to train the network model by using the training data set; the fitness of each individual is calculated, an individual set is screened out through a roulette algorithm according to the fitness and the preset number of individuals, and new individuals generated after crossover variation in the individual set are continuously used for replacing the previous generation of individuals till the optimal individual is output. According to the method, the number proportion between neurons and glial cells, various parameters in interaction and the overall network structure are optimized through the evolutionary algorithm, and therefore the optimal network model is automatically searched.
