Abstract

The invention discloses a three-dimensional ultrasonic-assisted BIRADS auxiliary diagnosis system, which comprises the following specific working processes: automatic detection: all possible tumors ofdifferent position images of the same breast are obtained by utilizing an existing computer automatic detection system; diagnosis: a film reading workstation displays images of different positions ofthe same breast, a user finds a suspicious tumor and clicks the tumor in a film reading process, and a computer grading system is used for giving a BIRADS grade of the tumor; and automatic pairing; image data search is carried out. When the auxiliary system is used, when a doctor clicks a tumor of a certain three-dimensional image, the system can feed back the BIRADS grade of the tumor to the doctor, and meanwhile, the system can automatically display the BIRADS grade of the same tumor corresponding to other positions on the same breast; and the system can automatically search similar cases from a database to help doctors to give a final BIRADS grade.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a diagnosis system, in particular to a three-dimensional ultrasound-assisted BIRADS auxiliary diagnosis system. Background technique [0002] At present, the morbidity and mortality rate of female breast cancer is rising sharply. Timely and early diagnosis can improve the survival rate. Therefore, women's awareness of early diagnosis of breast cancer and regular physical examination are increasing. Ultrasound images are not affected by dense breasts and are good at finding tumors in dense tissue. After determining the location of a tumor, the doctor needs to give a BIRADS grade (0-5) based on the image information. Grading will determine whether this tumor is biopsied. At present, tumors above BIRADS4a require biopsy, but biopsy results often account for 75% of benign tumors. Unnecessary biopsies increase the psychological burden on women. Undiagnosed cancers are life-threatening. [0003] The existing auxiliary diagnosis ...
