The preparation method of the litsea cubeba essential oil liposome comprises the following steps: dissolving soybean lecithin and cholesterol in ethanol; taking as an ethanol phase; preparing a PBS (Phosphate Buffer Solution) with the concentration of 0.1 mmol/L, and adjusting the pH to 7.4 +/-0.4 to serve as a water phase; dissolving the litsea cubeba essential oil in an ethanol phase, injecting into the water phase under a magnetic stirring condition, and carrying out a hydration reaction for 40 +/-10 min to obtain a litsea cubeba essential oil-loaded liposome solution.
