The hemisphere 2 and the cylindrical part 3 are integrally formed. The hemisphere 2 is formed with three steps 5 a , 5 b , 5 c which protrude or indent concentrically relative to the longitudinal axis 4 . When viewed from the direction of the longitudinal axis 4, the heights of the steps are 1.6mm, 2.8mm, and 5.5mm in the order of 5a, 5b, and 5c. When viewed transversely to the longitudinal axis 4, each step has a width of 3.5 mm.
