Abstract

The method includes following steps. Terminal has detected a WLAN system, and initiates reconnection to access point in WLAN system. After air channel has built, terminal sands out PPPoE data packet. IP interface connection between access point and packet data service node is built. The packet data service node determines if this connection is a new connection. If yse, new PPP connection is built, and user's right authentication is carried out, if there is data needed to send, user's data - PPPoE data packet is transmitted between terminal and the packet data service node. Connection built for terminal between packet data service node in CDMA2000 and R_P interface in base station is disconnected. The invented method provides combination of wide coverage of CDMA2000 and high-speed data connection of WLAN, realizing continuous data connection and seamless roam between CDMA2000 and WLAN.
