Problems solved by technology

The outer surface of the window is easily attached by marine plankton (such as seaweed and barnacles, etc.), which seriously affects the light transmission performance
If it is placed in seawater for several days without protective devices, biological adhesion is obvious, and the measurement data cannot be used. This is a long-term problem that cannot be solved by moored optical instruments.

Embodiment Construction

[0016] specific implementation plan

[0017] The specific structure of the embodiment of the present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings:

[0018] As shown in accompanying drawing 1, 15 is the housing of optical sensor, 16 is the window glass of optical sensor, and 19 is the cover copper plate with support arm 14, and the driving device that makes this cover copper plate move away from glass window and return is drive motor 5 , 4 is the shell of drive motor 5 complete sets of devices, and the two are connected with steel plate 6. One end of the support arm 14 that covers copper plate 19 is fixed on the rotating shaft 13 place of motor 5, and shaft 13 stretches in the water by the loam cake 12 of motor housing 4, and uses O-ring 20 to do water pressure dynamic seal. Another O-ring 8 is used as a hydraulic seal for the upper cover 12 of the casing. The motor 5 is mounted on a fixed plate 7 of the watertight casing 4...

Abstract

The biologically shielding window attachment for anchored marine optical instrument consists of window shielding copper plate and driving mechanism for removing the copper plate from and setting the copper plate to the glass window. One or two ends of the shielding copper plate are provided with scraping rubber sheet and the scraping rubber sheet contacts closely with the surface of the window glass, so that during shifting the copper plate, the rubber sheet scrapes the outer surface of the window glass smoothly. The present invention can prevent marine organism from attaching to glass window of anchored marine optical instrument and maintain the normal operation of anchored marine optical instrument soaking in sea water regularly.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to a protection device for a glass window of an ocean optical instrument, and is a matching device for an ocean optical instrument. Background technique [0002] Moored optical instruments need to be immersed in seawater for a long time for measurement. The outer surface of the window is easily attached by marine plankton (such as seaweed and barnacles, etc.), which seriously affects the light transmission performance. If it is placed in seawater for several days without protective devices, biological adhesion is obvious, and the measurement data cannot be used. This is a long-term problem that cannot be solved by moored optical instruments. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose of this invention is to design a device that can prevent organisms in seawater from attaching to and growing on the glass window of an anchored ocean optical instrument, and keep the window glass clean, so that the anchored optical instrument c...
