Second stage is implemented through wireless local area network or wired network. The system is suitable hospital, other health organization and community medical service. In monitoring region, It is point to point connection between terminal carried by monitored person and access point fixed in room, household and other possible location through short range wireless communication mode. Wireless local network is built in connect access points or each access point is connected to wired network.
