Abstract

A parts distribution management system and parts distribution management method in which an attached label to be packaged with the part is published. The attached label has at least a distribution number corresponding to a set of parts shipped according to the order, and a location number indicating where the group of parts should be received in the warehouse at the receiving end. Further, at least the packaging specification data comprising the distribution number and location number is provided to the receiving end. On the receiving end, parts can be received in the warehouse using attached label and packaging specification data, saving operator time and hassle.
