Benefits of technology

This new design allows for better control over how well two parts fit together during use without generating excessive friction or causing damage from vibrations caused by external forces such as impacts on vehicles. It improves performance at different levels of loadings while maintaining smooth movement through varying environments.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patents relates to reducing excessive movement or shock from the vehicle's power system due to rotational movements while driving on uneven surfaces such as roads without any antiquated equipment like balancing weights attached thereto.

Embodiment Construction

[0015] refer to figure 1 , Figure 4 , Figure 5 , a combined balance shaft gear is composed of a coaxial main gear 1 and a pinion gear 2. The combined installation method is: firstly, the pinion gear 2 is connected to the main gear 1, and on the end face of the pinion gear 2 A spring washer 5 is provided, and the upper part of the spring washer 5 is provided with a retaining ring 4 engaged on the main gear 1. Of course, in actual operation, the main gear 1 and the auxiliary gear 2 can also be combined and installed in other common mechanical forms.

[0016] refer to figure 2 , image 3 , the main gear 1 and the pinion gear 2 of the present invention are respectively provided with opposite grooves 11, 21, the groove 11 on the gear 1 rotates a certain angle around the center of the gear 1 with respect to the groove 21 on the pinion 2, and between the two The cavity formed by the grooves 11 and 21 is equipped with an elastic element 3 placed parallel to the end face of the ...

Abstract

The combined balanced shaft gear consists of coaxial main gear and subsidiary gear combined together. Each of the main gear and the subsidiary gear has notch in the corresponding positions, and two notches form one cavity holding one elastic element parallel with the gear end plane. During assembling, the main gear and the subsidiary gear have their teeth dislocated in the amount greater than the backlash of the gear pair, so that the teeth contact the right and left sides of the gullet. When the driving balanced shaft gear meshes with the balanced shaft gear, the main gear and the subsidiary gear under the action of the elastic element eliminates the backlash effectively to obtain fluent mesh and lowered noise. The present invention is also used in varying work condition gear transmission pair.
