Embodiment Construction

[0020] The invention provides a complete set of devices and methods suitable for testing the expansion performance parameters of the balloon-expanded intravascular stent in vitro. The expansion performance test method of the balloon-expanded intravascular stent is based on machine vision technology to measure the size and shape of the balloon-expanded intravascular stent, and is obtained by collecting and digitally processing the images at each moment during the expansion and deformation process of the stent. The method for testing the expansion performance of a balloon-expanded intravascular stent is mainly composed of four parts: a blood flow simulation device 1 , a machine vision device 2 , a balloon pressure measurement device 3 , and an image processing module 4 .

[0021] The relevant content and changes of the above technical solutions are explained as follows:

[0022] 1. The blood flow external simulation device 1, which is a component of the in vitro expansion test m...

Abstract

The present invention provides complete extracorporeal test method of the dilation performance of saccule dilating intravascular rack. The test device consists of four parts including extracorporeal blood flow unit, machine vision unit, saccule inside pressure measuring unit, and image processing software. The test method includes simulating body's blood motion environment, making constant temperature liquid in closed hydraulic circulating system flow through transparent hose with inside blood vessel clog simulating plaque, setting the saccule and the rack inside the hose and measuring the size, shape, etc. of the rack during dilation with the machine vision unit and image processing software, and measuring the rack dilation pressure with the saccule inside pressure measuring unit.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to angioplasty of a percutaneous implantable balloon expansion stent, and belongs to the technical field of medical device performance testing. Background technique [0002] With the improvement of material living standards and changes in lifestyle, the incidence of cardiovascular diseases is increasing. Coronary heart disease caused by cardiovascular stenosis has become one of the major diseases that endanger human life, health and safety. At present, the interventional treatment of coronary heart disease has become a new method for the treatment of cardiovascular stenosis because of its small trauma and quick effect. [0003] A vascular stent with excellent performance should have good biocompatibility, good expansion performance, good support force, good compliance, easy bending, small surface area, and conform to hydrodynamics. Among them, the expansion performance of the stent is an important indicator of whether the stent is...
