The middle layer 102 is equipped with coils 104, and the two opposite outer layers 106, 108 on each side of the middle layer 102 are respectively provided with respective magnets 110, 112 on their inner working faces. Magnets 110 , 112 may optionally be disposed on respective outer working surfaces of outer layers 106 , 108 .
