Abstract

The invention relates the rubber composition used to make antivibration device. The invention comprises 15-25wt% natural gum, 65-85wt% nitrile rubber, 0.9-1.5wt% sulphur, 0.2-0.5wt% accelerating agent D, 1.2-1.6wt% curing agent DM, 3.8-4.2wt% zinc oxide, 1.4-1.6wt% stearyl ester, 30-50wt% high abrasion black, 5-8wt% butyester, 3-6wt% phenol resin, 1.1-1.3wt% anti-aging agent 4010NA, and 1.1-1.3wt% anti-aging agent D.
