Spiritual statue forms in bronze are preferred for the remains of humans, whereas the preferred statue form for a pet or other animal is a figure in concrete representing the deceased animal.

Abstract

Statuary products are disclosed that memorialize human and animal life-forms with permanent structures made from the mixture of structural compositions and the cremated remains of the life-form. The products are provided in the embodiment of spirtual statues for human remains, and animal figures for the remains of pets represented by the respective figure.

Field of the Invention [0002] The present invention relates to the field of permanent memorials for deceased beings, and the incorporation of a beings cremated remains in the structural embodiment of a spiritual or emblematic remembrance. [0003] 2. Description of the Related Art [0004] It has been reported that forty-percent of Americans will choose cremation over burial. The preservation of cremated remains has been problematic, however, and traditionally relied upon the loving care of a spouse, descendent or other living relative. [0005] The present invention provides an alternative to the current practices of burial; storing a loved-ones cremated remains in an urn, sea balls or diamonds; or, casting the remains into the wind or upon the sea.
