An air compressor for a fuel cell vehicle includes a volute housing, an impeller mounted to the volute housing, and a motor driving the impeller and cooling the motor and bearings that support a rotation shaft of the motor using air at an outlet side of the impeller. The invention discloses a plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) device and a method for producing a large-area thin-film silicon photovoltaic device, and adopts a movable plasma chamber that can carry a plurality of electrodes and a large number of base plates and a single vacuum chamber. The production method of p-i-n type photovoltaic device based on thin-film silicon comprises the steps as follows: the base plates are put into the plasma chamber and then the plasma chamber is heated in a preheater furnace and put into the single plasma chamber of a PECVD system. A silicon film is deposited on the base plates in the fixed plasma chamber, and then the plasma chamber is moved from a PECVD vacuum chamber to a cooling chamber. Finally the base plates are taken out of the plasma chamber. The plasma chamber can be cleaned before processing the next group of the base plates. The method adopted by the invention is a simple production method with high throughput for the production of the photovoltaic device with low cost and high efficiency.

The invention provides a fresh air supply system for a cooling tower and belongs to the field of thermal power generation or nuclear power generation, in particular to technology capable of realizing fresh air supply to the inside of a natural draft counter-flow wet cooling tower. The fresh air supply system of the cooling tower adopts an air duct structure, is arranged at the bottom periphery of the cooling tower and extends to central area of the tower opening from the outer edge of the air inlet of the cooling tower. Each air duct forms a certain inclination angle with the direction of a circumferential tangent and a certain inclination angle with a radial direction. Thus, the fresh air can be led into the cooling tower, the cooling efficiency of the cooling tower is improved, the internal air dramatic field in the cooling tower is improved, the optimal matching between the water flow distribution rules and the air distribution rules is realized and the temperature of circulating water is reduced.

A short circuit duct 18, which branches at least part of air flowing through a cold air bypass passage 16 and causes a fan to suck it, is provided. According to this, part of cold air is taken out at a position as close as possible after an evaporator and is circulated again through a route as short as possible, whereby the discharged air temperature is further reduced. A low discharged air temperature can be attained quickly by efficiently returning the cold air immediately after the evaporator to the fan through the shortest route, which can be realized by providing an air introduction inlet 19 directly to an air conditioning case on the top surface of the existing cold air bypass passage 16 immediately after the evaporator 9 and using the short circuit duct 18 with small heat capacity after the air introduction inlet.
