base station air conditioning technology, and more particularly to a single-cabinet intelligent air conditioner for base stations. The single-cabinet intelligent air conditioner includes a
refrigerant subsystem, ventilation components,
electrical control components, and a
metal cabinet. In the
refrigerant subsystem, the exhaust port of the electric compressor is connected to the inlet end of the compressor
exhaust pipe. The outlet end of the compressor
exhaust pipe is connected to the inlet end of the condenser
assembly. The outlet end of the condenser
assembly is connected to the inlet end of the
evaporation pipe. The outlet end of the
evaporation pipe is connected to the inlet end of the expansion valve. The outlet end of the expansion valve is connected to the inlet end of the
evaporator core. The outlet end of the
evaporator core is connected to the inlet end of the compressor suction
pipe. This invention, by setting up a
refrigerant subsystem, ventilation components,
electrical control components, and a
metal cabinet, achieves the function of cooling or ventilating the
base station cabinet, thereby reducing the
air temperature inside the
base station cabinet, cooling the hot air inside the base
station cabinet, and ensuring that the communication or other electrical components inside the base
station cabinet are at a suitable
operating temperature.
