The positioning component allows the pressure plate to move upwards by pulling the pull head, at which point the positioning rod compresses the return spring, allowing the cable to pass through the cable tray body. Releasing the pull head causes the return spring to rebound, limiting the cable position and preventing cable tangling. This design can limit the position of cables of different diameters.
