The invention discloses a method for producing feed through enzyme-linked micro-ecologic solid state fermentation of vinasse. The method comprises the following steps: 1, carrying out primary fermentation: drying fresh vinasse until the water content is 10-25%, adding wheat bran and a meal component, mixing the dried vinasse, the wheat bran and the meal component to form a fermentation raw material, inoculating the fermentation raw material with a working fluid, adding a probiotic compound enzyme, placing the obtained mixture in a single-hole breathing bag, and carrying out enzymatic hydrolysis fermentation to obtain the biological feed; and 2, carrying out semi-conservative continuous fermentation: taking a part of the biological feed to substitute the working fluid in step 1, and repeating the step 1 to continuously obtain the biological feed. The proper animal probiotic strain and the compound enzyme are selected, and the semi-conservative continuous fermentation is carried out, so nutrients and precursors are supplemented, and metabolized harmful substances are diluted, thereby continuous synthesis of the above product and further degradation of anti-nutrition factors are facilitated, the nutrition values of the vinasse are greatly improved, the added values of the vinasse are increased, the storage and long-distance transportation of the feed are convenient, and the method has good social and economic benefits and environmental protection meaning.
