Bionic design method for microtexture turning tool with gradient changed depth

The invention discloses a bionic design method for a microtexture turning tool with a gradient changed depth. The method comprises the following steps of using a non-contact laser scanner to acquire bamboo rat incisor point cloud data, reconstructing a three-dimensional incisor model, and extracting crescent-shaped depth data of incisors; aiming at dry turning of aluminum alloy 7075 by using a hard alloy YG6A tool, when the distance of 10 microns from texture to a cutting edge, a groove depth of 7 microns, a groove width of 12 microns, and the groove space of 30 microns are determined by usingfinite element simulation and experiments during a turning process, achieving the best turning characteristic by a texture tool; and in combination with temperature distribution of the front tool plane of the turning tool, using the crescent depth data value to bionically design the microtexture turning tool with the gradient changed depth. When the microtexture with gradient changed depth is close to the cutting edge, the texture depth is small, and the texture depth is firstly increased and then reduced along with the texture that keeping away from the cutting edge. The method provided by the invention reserves the characteristic that the texture is reduced in cutting force of the tool, also improves the structural strength of the tool, and has the advantages of prolonging the service life of the tool and improving economic value of the tool.

Feed additive for improving disease resistance of bamboo rats

The invention discloses a feed additive for improving disease resistance of bamboo rats. Bamboo rats can be easily attacked by diseases such as sunstroke, cold and intestinal infection in the process of growth. The feed additive is in the form of powder or granules and is prepared from rhizoma imperatae, zanthoxylum simulans, wolfberry roots and stems, schefflera octophylla roots and stems, honeysuckle stem, mung beans and banyan aerial roots. The feed additive is added to a bamboo rat feed and applied to the bamboo rats, and consequently, the resistance of the bamboo rats to common diseases such as sunstroke, cold and intestinal infection can be improved. In order to verify the effect of the feed additive on improving the disease resistance of the bamboo rats, the powder or the granules can be added to the bamboo rat feed to feed the bamboo rats in total 10 batches, wherein each batch comprises 500-2000 rates differently; the diseases, namely sunstroke, cold and intestinal infection, which often occurring at ordinary times, do not occur in the process from young rats to adult rats; as a result, the capability of the feed additive in improving the disease resistance of the bamboo rates to the common diseases such as sunstroke, cold and intestinal infection can be testified.

Utilization of bamboo rat faeces as dictyophora indusiata cultivation material

In the nature, dictyophora indusiata grows on bamboo humus, and nutrition is obtained in a way that rotten bamboo organic matters are decomposed by mycelia. Bamboo rats also known as Mangli, Zhuli and the like belong to mammalia rodentia rhizomyidae rhizomys, and are named because staple food is bamboo. The bamboo rats are rich in nutritional value and high in economic effect, and are bred in a large scale at present. At present, a crude feed for artificially feeding the bamboo rats mainly comprises bamboo (accounting for 50% of the feed), other crude feeds comprise neyraudia reynaudiana, saccharum arundinaceum, miscanthus floridulus, pennisetum purpureum and pennisetum sinese roxb seeds, and a fine feed is starch grains (accounting for 10% of the feed). The feeds are digested to form feces through bamboo rat unique digestive tracts and digestive enzymes. The bamboo rat feces contains cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin obtained from microorganism and enzyme decomposition and conversion, and also contains a certain amount of proteins, starch, wax, fat and resin. The feces also contains amino acids, various effective trace elements, various vitamins, saccharides, carbohydrates and the like, and is rich in nutrition. The bamboo rat feces can be supplied for dictyophora indusiata growth without stacking and fermentation, and is an important cultivation base for formation of high-quality dictyophora indusiata.

Method for degrading bamboo roots based on cultivation of edible fungi

The invention discloses a method for degrading bamboo root based on cultivation of edible fungi. Nutrients are prepared according to the components which comprise, by weight percentage, 75%-80% of saw dust, 5%-10% of bran, 8%-12% of bran coat, 1%-2% of monopotassium phosphate, 1%-2% of lime powder and 1%-2% of gypsum powder. The nutrients are added with water, uniformly stirred and mixed and then are filled into a wide-mouth bottle. The opening of the wide-mouth bottle is sealed with double-layer kraft paper, edible fungus strains are placed into the nutrients after the nutrients are sterilized and cooled, and then culture substrates of the edible fungi are obtained through cultivation to degrade the bamboo roots. Then the bamboo roots after being cut are punched at intervals with a steel chisel, the culture substrates of the edible fungi for degrading the bamboo roots are placed into the bamboo roots, and then the bamboo roots are pressed solid and sealed closely with plastic cloth. The plastic cloth is uncovered when buttons appear from sealing positions of the bamboo roots, fruiting proceeds under a natural condition, and after the edible fungi are picked for three to four times, the bamboo roots in soil can be completely degraded. The method is simple and convenient, saves labors and strength, and is suitable for quickly clearing various bamboo roots in a bamboo forest.
