Abstract

A Bounce Board to Superimpose upon Sports Ball comprising the platform for an operator to stand on, the thrust acceptor to accept the thrust from the sports ball, the quick-release holder to hold the board by operator with feet or / and hands and the fastener for fastening the sports ball to the thrust acceptor. The board superimposes the sports ball. Doing bouncing exercise the operator bounces upon firm surface using the board and the sports ball fastened to the board as a tool to rebound off the surface. The sports ball is not a part of the board.
