Abstract

A resistance exercise apparatus is provided, the apparatus comprises: a stretchable cord; at least one plug; at least one limit band situated within an internal cavity of the cord; at least one attachment device; and at least one tether comprised of a fabric material that is folded over at least a portion of the attachment devices forming two tether elements, the two tether elements are placed together to create a compartment, at least a portion of the plug with a portion of the cord and a portion of the limit band is situated within the compartment.
