A plurality of slots 111 is arranged at one side of the back veneer 11 so that the back veneer 11 is divided into a plurality of sections by the slots 111 while a soft pad 12 made from sponge is disposed on the side of the back veneer 11 having the slots. In this embodiment, the slots 111 are arranged in pairs. A cover layer 13 made from fabric is covered over the soft pad 12 and a periphery of the cover layer 13 is sewed to the soft pad 12.
