Abstract

Disclosed is a compass-type eyeliner including the left and right members (10, 20) coupled to the center thereof via a hinge (11); an eyeliner cosmetic container (30) grasped by the converging of the left and right members (10, 20) around the hinge (11); and an insertion / extraction device (50) installed within the right member (20) to pull / push a brush (40) into and out from the end of the right member (20).
