FIELD OF THE INVENTION[0001]The present invention relates to noodle packaging, and more particularly to a noodle packaging assembly that includes a single serving puck therein and can standup.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION[0002]The present invention relates to packaged ramen / noodles. One popular form of packaging ramen is in paper cups wherein the dried ramen, which has been shaped into a compact mass (called a “puck”), rests on the bottom of the cup. Recently, for a variety of reasons, retail stores have started to use pouches, bags or pillow packs for ramen. However, prior art ramen pillow packs do not “standup” on their own and require an external tray or other device to help a plurality of bags to stand upright. In other words, the bags are wider and longer than they are tall. This is an inefficient use of shelf space.
