A shopkeeper is an individual who owns or runs a shop. Also known as a "Storey". Generally, shop employees are not shopkeepers, but are often incorrectly referred to as shopkeepers. An object of a system according to an embodiment is to efficiently present an optimum property according to a desire of a shopkeeper.SOLUTION: A system includes a property information acquisition unit, a request analysis unit, a property presentation unit, and a zoning generation unit. The property information acquisition unit acquires information from a property owner. The desire analysis unit analyzes a desire of the shopkeeper on the basis of the information acquired by the property information acquisition unit. The property presentation unit presents an optimal property based on the need analyzed by the need analysis unit.
