The invention discloses a
stator assembly of an alternating-current power generator of an automobile, and relates to high-capacity
stator assemblies with output power of 14 volts times 120-150 amperes. The
stator assembly comprises a stator iron core, stator coils, insulation slots and slot wedges. Round
copper enameled wires are wound to form the stator coils, the stator coils are embedded in slots of the stator iron core and are cushioned by the insulation slots, the slot wedges are tightly inserted in notches of the stator iron core, and the stator coils are fixed into the slots of the stator iron core by the aid of the slot wedges. The stator
assembly is characterized in that
silicon steel sheets with the thicknesses of 0.35
millimeter are overlaid and welded with one another to form the stator iron core; the outer
diameter of the stator iron core ranges from 128 millimeters to 129 millimeters, the inner
diameter of the stator iron core ranges from 99.5 millimeters to 100.5 millimeters, the thickness of the stator iron core ranges from 32 millimeters to 33 millimeters, the stator iron core is provided with the 48 slots and 48 teeth, the
diameter of the bottom of each slot of the stator iron core ranges from 120.2 millimeters to 121.2 millimeters, and the width of each tooth of the stator iron core ranges from 2.4 millimeters to 2.6 millimeters; the stator iron core is manufactured by the aid of a single-group or double-group independent three-phase
delta connection method. The stator assembly has the advantages that the high-capacity stator assembly is made of the round
copper enameled wires instead of the original flat
copper enameled wires and is used on power generators of NIPPONDENSO series automobiles, a process is simplified, equipment is simple, and the cost is lowered.
