This invention discloses an automatic weighing and tamping coffee
machine. The weighing frame is equipped with a weighing detection element and a weighing position. The
powder guiding mechanism includes a
powder guiding component and a tamping component. The
powder guiding component has a powder guiding channel with an inlet and an outlet. The tamping component is movably mounted on the powder guiding component and located at the outlet. The tamping component is used to open the outlet and the guiding channel during operation to form a connected state for powder dispensing, or to close the outlet to form a tamping state for powder tamping. A bracket is used to abut against the weighing frame and be in a weighing state after moving close to the weighing position. The bracket is used to separate from the weighing frame and move closer to the outlet after moving away from the weighing position. The bracket has a powder receiving channel with a receiving inlet and an outlet. The receiving inlet and the outlet are connected. A coffee
machine includes the aforementioned weighing and tamping
assembly. This invention can achieve quantitative powder dispensing and continuous tamping action.
