The invention discloses
nitrogen-doped mesoporous bamboo-based
charcoal and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of
biomass resource utilization. In order to obtain high-strength andhigh-activity
charcoal which can be directly applied, the invention provides the
nitrogen-doped mesoporous bamboo-based
charcoal. A preparation method for the
nitrogen-doped mesoporous bamboo-based charcoal comprsies the following steps:
cutting waste bamboo chopsticks into bamboo sections, and successively carrying out washing,
drying and carbonizing at a high temperature to obtain a carbonized material; calcining the carbonized material at a low temperature in an oxidizing
atmosphere to obtain an oxidized material; and mixing the oxidized material with a
urea solution, carrying out ultrasonic impregnation, and then successively performing dehydrating, high-temperature
calcination, cooling, washing and
drying. According to the invention, the waste disposable bamboo chopsticks are used asprecursors, and the steps of pretreatment,
carbonization, air oxidation,
urea nitrogen doping and the like are carried out; and the obtained bamboo-based charcoal is directly formed tubular charcoal,and has the advantages of wide
raw material sources, low price and easy availability of the raw materials, easy operation, low
energy consumption, low cost, high finished product strength, high desulfurization performance and the like.
