The invention discloses a method for constructing a
urinary calculus animal model by using a
locust, and belongs to the field of
biomedicine. The method comprises the following steps of (1) injecting4-8 [mu]L of a
copper chloride solution with the concentration of 5.0-10.5 mM into the
abdominal cavity of the
locust for the first time, and feeding the
locust with fresh wheat seedlings under the conditions that the ratio of illumination time to
darkness time is 13: 11 hours, the illumination temperature is (24-28)+ / -2 DEG C, the
darkness temperature is (20-26)+ / -2 DEG C and the
humidity is 60-85%; (2) injecting 4-8 [mu]L of the
copper chloride solution into the
abdominal cavity of the locust for the second time, and feeding the locust with the fresh wheat seedlings under the conditions thatthe ratio of illumination time to
darkness time is 14: 10 hours, the illumination temperature is (24-28)+ / -2 DEG C, the darkness temperature is (20-26)+ / -2 DEG C and the
humidity is 60-85%; and (3) after the locust injected with the
copper chloride solution is subjected to physiological
metabolism for 24-48 hours, gradually generating
calcium oxalate crystals in different forms in a Markov tube.The method has the advantages of low material cost, good stability, controllable process and short period.
