A stream media live system of peer to peer connection comprises a collecting server, an index server, multiple clients, and also comprises multiple super seed nodes, the super seed node request to the index server for downloading program, the index server returns the collecting server which providing the said program, and the client information which storing the pieces of stream media data of the said program; the super seed node downloads the pieces of the stream media data from the collecting server and the client, and records the buffered pieces of the stream media data in the index server; when the client request for a program downloading, the index server provides the information of the clients and super seed nodes which have downloaded the said program latest, the client can download program in piece according to the above clients and super seed nodes; the super seed nodes possess a stronger downloading serving capability than that of the clients. Through the super seed nodes distributed in the network, the present invention constructs a speed distributing network of the stream media data, and expedites the broadcast of the stream media data.
