Abstract

A rotor iron core piece is first punched by a metal thin plate and then laminating is carried out for the punched rotor iron core piece by a rotation method or a non-rotation method; after that, the common frontal part of a stator iron core piece is coarsely punched on the metal thin plate by which the rotor iron core piece is punched; the punched common frontal part is then stretched and levelled; the length of the levelled common frontal part is increased in the direction of the center compared with the common frontal part before being stretched; after that, the common frontal part and the tooth profile thereof are precisely punched to ensure the size precision of the stator iron core piece; finally the outline of the stator iron core piece is punched and the stator iron core piece is laminated. By adopting the method, the invention ensures enough punching allowance during the precise punching of the tooth profile, and the magnetic flux is not disordered as no unsmooth sectional difference exists on the surface and side surface of the common frontal part.
